The Velvet Underground - Loaded (1970)

Desperate to have a hit single, Doug Yule was thought to have the more poppish vocal and was offered to sing on psychedelic pop "Who Loves the Sun", "New Age", "I Found a Reason", and "Oh! Sweet Nuthin'". None of these became hit; however, Lou Reed's own vocal take on "Sweet Jane" and "Rock & Roll" has since making them two of the best-known Velvet Underground songs. A
