The Rolling Stones - The Rolling Stones (UK Version) (1964)

Judging from the band's raw performance and crude recording, it must be an alternative record surging from the sterile pop sound of 1964. The UK version doesn't include single "Not Fade Away" whereas the US version does. It was because back then most US buyers bought LP while most English buyers, except the upscale, bought EP. The first song "Tell Me" is the first great Jagger/Richards composition and a standout from the American blues and rock and roll covers. B
